Join our community – register your account and gain access to full information about the available projects. The account gives you constant insight to all your details and investments.
Choose the project that interests you – along with its description you’ll receive a shortened legal audit and property valuation. It’s a certain source of information, constituting a basis for making accurate business decisions. You do not need to own a large capital - you can lend any amount starting from 1000 PLN.
Complete the necessary formalities and transfer your funds to the project’s bank account. Every loan is preceded by concluding agreements and providing the necessary information. We want our Lender to feel safe in regards to documentation and information. Our partner – law firm Sadkowski & Partners oversees this aspect. Until the project’s initiation, your funds will be deposited on a dedicated ESCROW account. They will stay in their control until all the predefined conditions are met.
If the agreed amount is not collected, your funds will be returned to you by the bank. If the campaign is successful, the funds will be transferred to the Borrower for the agreed period and you will start earning your interest and profits. The total value of the loan will be returned to you at the end of the project’s completion.
